Is everything made to order?

Not always. I’m constantly crafting new pieces to sell at Makers Markets each weekend, and many of those items also appear here on the website.

If the item you choose is already available, I’ll send that one to you. Otherwise, I’ll make a new one especially for you according to your chosen design, colours and options.

Are the wall art pieces prints?

No. Every painting is an original, unique piece of artwork, hand-painted by me. I don’t sell prints or reproductions.

Do you paint the same artwork over and over?

Sometimes. If a particular design or scene proves popular, I may paint it again.

Because every piece is painted individually by hand, no two paintings will ever be exactly the same.

How will you ship my order?

The website currently supports UK shipping only.

If you choose Regular Shipping, I will normally send your order using Royal Mail parcel delivery. Delivery is typically 3–5 days after dispatch.

If you choose Express Shipping, I will normally send your order with Evri. Delivery is typically around 2 days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I can arrange international shipping.

Please use Contact Me to tell me what you would like to order and where you would like it sent, and I can arrange the shipping with you.

Can I design my own bag?

Yes! Use the Design Your Own feature to create a bag using your preferred design, colours and options.

Do you take returns?

Yes, no problem.

Please use Contact Me and I’ll arrange the return with you. Once the item has been returned, I can arrange your refund.
